With offices in Toledo (Ohio), Northville (Michigan), and Dublin (Ohio) our employees are dedicated to providing quality appraisal reports that are completed in a timely manner. Our appraisal firm is very diversified having appraised a wide variety of appraisal assignments and our staff is experienced in expert witness testimony. Given the size of our firm, we are able to handle large right of way projects, a large volume of appraisal work, and we are very competent to handle the most complex appraisal assignments.
The company has a staff ready to serve you in a timely and professional manner. Our appraisers have a collective 200 years of experience and since 1965 the company has completed over 425,000 appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special purpose properties. Various clients served on a daily basis include: banks, credit unions, government agencies, attorneys, accountants, realtors, builders, developers, engineering firms, relocation companies, insurance companies, etc.
