Gerald A. Tout is Vice President within the right-of-way section of M+W and he has over 25 years of appraisal experience. He is a General Certified Appraiser in Ohio and Michigan. Gerald is approved for value analysis, appraisal and appraisal review by the Ohio Department of Transportation and he has frequently testified in courts as an expert witness.

Gerald earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University.
