Kevin Schroeder is a Vice President of M+W and has been engaged in the appraisal field since 1997. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Toledo and is a General Certified Appraiser in Ohio and Michigan. He is ODOT Prequalified in Appraisal, Appraisal Review and Value Analysis.

Mr. Schroeder has completed appraisals and appraisal reviews for right-of-way projects all around the State of Ohio and has testified in court as an expert and technical witness for eminent domain cases.
